By using Abcom Telecommunications cloud-hosted PBX services, you agree to these terms.
Service Overview
We provide cloud-hosted VoIP/PBX services on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is $15 per phone number + $35 per simultaneous call path (includes fully managed PBX). Services are available only to customers located in the contiguous United States (48 states). Outbound calls are limited to the contiguous United States (48 states), Mexico, and Canada. Additional countries may be enabled for an additional fee structure.
Pricing & Billing
Services are billed monthly in advance. Minimum of 5 simultaneous call paths required. Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, regulatory fees, and surcharges. No refunds for partial months.
Usage Guidelines
Services are intended for reasonable business use, limited to 3,000 minutes or fewer per simultaneous call path per month. Excessive or abusive use may result in additional fees or service restrictions at our discretion.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, auto-dialing, call center blasting, reselling without written permission, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Setup & Features
- One IVR (auto-attendant) and one ring group included at no extra cost.
- Includes one E911 location.
- Extension setup: $15 per extension (one-time fee).
- Unlimited extensions are subject to fair use policy and the one-time setup fee.
- Reasonable initial setup is included. BYOD setup support is not included and is available at prevailing engineering rates. Additional configuration, custom programming, ongoing maintenance, or advanced features are subject to engineering fees at our sole discretion.
Acceptable Use
No unlawful, excessive, or abusive use.
Service Availability
There is no service level agreement (SLA) or uptime warranty. Service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the service remain the property of Abcom Telecommunications or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abcom Telecommunications from any claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
Force Majeure
Abcom Telecommunications shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or network outages.
Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all U.S. export laws and regulations. The service may not be used in or exported to embargoed countries or by prohibited persons.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate service immediately for non-payment, violations, or abuse.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
Limitation of Liability
Service provided "as is" with no warranties beyond commercially reasonable efforts for uptime and support. In no event shall Abcom Telecommunications be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
